Aline Schellhas

Aline Schellhas is Chief Executive Officer of Optum Financial, a financial services business for healthcare that delivers innovative banking, payment, and financing solutions that make the health system work better for everyone. She has held multiple senior leadership roles across Optum and United Health Group (UHG), including CEO of the Bank of Healthcare, CEO of Commercial Payments, CFO of Optum Financial, and Division CEO of Amil in Brazil, where she led large‑scale transformations, drove growth, and successfully executed a strategic divestiture. Earlier in her career, Aline held senior leadership roles at Allianz Life and began her professional journey as a CPA at KPMG. A graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, she is known for leading high‑performing teams through complex change and for her dedication to mentoring emerging leaders.
