Chanida Klyphun

Mrs. Chanida Klyphun leads government relations and policy efforts that drive social and economic impact, with a focus on key areas such as the economy, education, environment, and safety within these markets. She holds a BA in Political Science (International Relations) from Chulalongkorn University and an MSc in International Development Studies from the Universiteit van Amsterdam.

With over 17 years of experience in international and public affairs, non-profit management, and government relations, Mrs. Klyphun has a proven track record in human rights advocacy and international development. Prior to TikTok, she worked with UNHCR, facilitating coordination between the organization and international/local NGOs across Southeast Asia, and with Freedom House, where she monitored and advocated for freedom of expression and internet freedom in the region.
