Ranil DeSilva

Ranil De Silva is the Chief Financial & Operating Officer of CARE USA, a Certified Public Accountant, and a global transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience across Australia, Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.

At CARE, Ranil leads Finance, Operations, Digital and AI Transformation, Supply Chain, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Shared Services, driving organizational resilience, innovation, and operational excellence across a complex global humanitarian network.

Previously, Ranil held senior leadership roles with Save the Children International and built his early career in chartered accounting, corporate finance, and investment banking in Australia. He also serves in international Non-Executive Director and Board leadership roles and hosts The L.O.F.T Podcast – Leadership • Operations • Finance • Transformation.
